These Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game challenges are perfect for hard-core players who want a challenge.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available on Nintendo Switch, after years of waiting and rumors. Everything players remember and love about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is back, and a lot of new mechanics, dungeons, and quality-of-life changes have been added to make the sequel one of the most expansive and engaging open-world games of all time.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a sequel to the game The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Like its predecessor, Tears of the Kingdom has a low level of challenge. The game encourages players to try new things and come up with their own ideas.Even though Hyrule is a big place with a lot of different things to do, it’s rare to run into something that’s really scary. But there are ways to play the game that make it harder if the person wants to do that.
3-Heart Challenge

One of the most obvious ways to make the game harder is to limit how much health each person can have. Before leaving Great Sky Island, the game’s training area, it seems like players have to go to the Temple of Time and improve their health.
Players can skip that step, though. You can leave Great Sky Island if you go back to the Temple of Time and don’t talk to the Goddess Statue. This means that players will have only 3 hearts when they reach the top and start the real game, which is a very hard task.
Logs Only

One of the new things in Tears of the Kingdom is the Ultrahand ability, which lets Link pick up and fuse together almost any item in the world. This lets players make almost anything they can imagine.
Many players, though, are finding that logs can be fused together to do almost everything needed to finish the game. There are also quite a few Shrines that give players logs to work with. If players don’t think the game’s challenges are hard enough on their own, they can try to solve every problem by using logs.
Ignore Hestu

Hestu, the huge Korok, is back in Tears of the Kingdom. Like before, he will offer to take any Korok seeds players find in the game world in exchange for giving them more space for their inventory.
Finding Korok seeds is a fun task in and of itself, but if you don’t use them to make upgrades, you might run into trouble later in the game. When a player has a small inventory, they often have to make do with guns, shields, and bows that aren’t the best for the enemies they face. This makes every battle a rough one.
No Rockets

The game’s world now also has Zonai Rockets, which are another new thing. You can find these things all over Hyrule. But a Zonai Device Dispenser is the best way to find them in the Akkala Highlands. Most of the things that players build can be combined with Zonai Rockets and the Ultrahand to make them fly and shoot rockets.
Link can get from point A to point B a lot faster with these rockets because they can fly. To make the game harder, players can choose not to use any Zonai Rockets at all. Instead, they can move around the world on Link’s feet and face any enemies they come across instead of flying over them.
No Towers

Skyview Towers are another thing from Breath of the Wild that is back. There are 15 of these towers all over Hyrule, one in each part of the world. Once players get on top of them (sometimes by solving a puzzle) and turn them on. They will show their local area on the map.
Even though the plot isn’t a very important part of the game. It’s easy to get lost in Hyrule because it’s so big. But if a player wants to feel what it’s like to be a lone explorer in a strange land. They should avoid the Skyview Towers and use visual markers and standard movement to learn their way around the world. This is a very satisfying way to play the game.
No Merchants

Rupees are the main currency in the Legend of Zelda games, and players will get a steady supply of them as they travel. You can take these Rupees to a merchant and spend them on a wide range of things, based on where the merchant is.
But none of the things these businesses sell are necessary to finish the game. Health items, guns, and things to set on fire are all useful tools, but you don’t have to take them. If a player wants to win by scavenging, they can avoid traders altogether. Their Rupees won’t be spent, but their hunting and gathering skills will make up for it.
Final Boss First

This was also a big problem in Breath of the Wild, and it’s back in a big way in Tears of the Kingdom. Once players have finished Great Sky Island and are able to go to Hyrule. They can go straight to the final boss if they want to.
Once players have the Paraglider, they can go straight to Hyrule Castle and jump into the Hyrule Castle Chasm. It’s not quite that easy. The chasm is a confusing maze of twisting tunnels full of the hardest enemies in the game. Like in Breath of the Wild, since players won’t have finished all of the game’s dungeons yet. They’ll have to go through a run of the four dungeon bosses before they can face the real final boss. This challenge is not for people who are easily scared.
Low Battery

Tears of the Kingdom has a new element called “Energy Cells.”When Zonai devices are fused to structures or used to solve problems, they need power. Players will start with one Energy Cell, but they can get more by trading 100 Crystallized Charges at a Crystal Refinery.
Players can get by, though, without ever improving their Energy Cell. It just makes it much harder to move forward. By far, the most complicated devices that players can add to their projects are Zonai devices, like the Zonai Rockets we talked about earlier. If people only have a certain amount of energy. They will have to be much more careful about where and how they build.
Puss In Boots Challenge

The Hero of Hyrule must adopt the attitude and way of life of the legendary cat from Shrek Lore in order to complete this task. Which was developed by VGChartz writer Paul Broussard. There are many things to do to finish this task, and each one would make Puss proud.
First of all, players can never escape a fight by running or warping away. There’s no fear. Second, players can only change their gear or eat when it makes sense to do so (that is, when they are not in battle and are in a safe place). Third, players can only die and come back to life eight times total. Drive Mad is over when they lose their ninth life. Last but not least, to get the full Puss in Boots experience. Players must play the game in Spanish, which is Puss’s original language.
Food Critic Challenge

Cooking is another thing that is back from Breath of the Wild. Just like in the last game, Link can find items all over Hyrule, throw them into a cooking pot over an open flame. And make a dish that heals him, gives him more stamina, or does something else to help him.
Players can skip that, though, and just eat the food on their own. But this task doesn’t let you do that. In fact, players can only eat fully-cooked meals in order to finish this challenge. There are no elixirs, fairies, or items that have not been cooked. Link loves to eat, and he only eats the best food.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom came out on May 12, 2023, and you can play it on Nintendo Switch.
